How Our Mobile Bar Booking Works.
Booking the CottonTop mobile bar takes six simple steps, from your first note to the last glass poured. A 30% fee holds the date, and the final details are due 14 days before the party.
Tell us about your event
Send the date, the venue or address, about how many guests you expect and the kind of gathering you have in mind. A few lines is plenty; we will ask about the rest.
Choose your package
Most hosts choose by guest count. The Gathering serves up to 25 guests for $395, The Social up to 50 for $625 and The Celebration up to 75 for $825. For something simpler, Drop, Set & Go starts at $229 and leaves a self-serve drink table in your care. Compare the packages.
Reserve the date
A signed agreement and a 30% reservation fee hold your date. Travel within 35 miles is included, 36 to 50 miles adds $35, and anything farther is quoted individually.
Build your Pick 4
Choose any four drinks from the whole menu: Dirty Sparklers, Timeless Classics, Dirty Sodas, children’s drinks and iced coffee, with one Specialty energy drink welcome among the four. Mixing categories is encouraged.
Lock the final details
Fourteen days before the event, send the final guest count and your four drinks, and settle the remaining balance. Until then, the guest list may change as freely as it needs to.
Enjoy your event
CottonTop arrives with the 5-foot bar, ice, cups, garnishes and your personalized framed chalkboard menu, serves every guest and leaves the space tidy. All the venue needs to offer is access for setup, a reasonably level spot and electricity when required.
