Does CottonTop serve alcohol?
No. CottonTop is a nonalcoholic mobile beverage bar specializing in Dirty Sparklers, Timeless Classics, Dirty Sodas, children’s drinks, iced coffee and specialty selections.
How many drinks do we choose?
Each package includes four drinks. You may mix categories, and one Specialty selection can be included as part of the Pick 4.
What does CottonTop provide?
The 5-foot bar, bartender service, ingredients, ice, cups, garnishes, finishing details, setup, cleanup and a personalized printed framed chalkboard menu.
What does the venue or host provide?
Access for setup, electricity when required, and a reasonably level service space. We’ll confirm the footprint and arrival details before the event.
How do I reserve my date?
A signed agreement and 30% reservation fee secure the event date.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining 70%, final guest count and final menu are due 14 days before the event.
Can my guest count change?
Yes—guest details can be adjusted until the 14-day checkpoint. That is CottonTop’s approach: firm on the reservation, flexible with people.
How far does CottonTop travel?
Travel within 35 miles is included. Events 36–50 miles away add $35. Beyond 50 miles is quoted individually.
Can you serve more than 75 guests?
Yes. Larger events require a custom quote so the bar setup, staffing and service time can be planned correctly.
